Vital Behaviors for Student Achievement:
Dr. Burns, Superintendent of Wake County Public Schools, recently noted that there were two vital behaviors that teachers can truly influence that will positively impact student learning. These two behaviors are:

At Lake Myra, we will work hard to positively impact these two vital behaviors by living our mission, vision, and values. Furthermore, we will work tirelessly to accomplish our School Improvement Plan and implement research based best practices.
